I had a pleasant stay at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi, with the highlight being the friendly and attentive staff. The location is fantastic, right next to the Tamachi Station, making it super convenient to explore Tokyo. However, I had a frustrating experience with my check-in being delayed past the promised time, and the room service was only okay. Overall, it was a solid experience but had some room for improvement.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even organizing an early breakfast for me. However, the dining options at the hotel didn't quite meet my expectations overall, and the bar closed early during my stay.
