I had a pleasant stay at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi, with the highlight being the friendly and attentive staff. The location is fantastic, right next to the Tamachi Station, making it super convenient to explore Tokyo. However, I had a frustrating experience with my check-in being delayed past the promised time, and the room service was only okay. Overall, it was a solid experience but had some room for improvement.

I had a great experience at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi, with its excellent location near Tamachi Station making it easy to explore Tokyo. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even organizing an early breakfast for me. However, the dining options at the hotel didn't quite meet my expectations overall, and the bar closed early during my stay.

My stay at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi was fantastic. The hotel was immaculately clean and offered superb service throughout my visit. However, I did experience a slight issue with a double charge, which the staff quickly addressed with complimentary meals and access to the lounge. Overall, it was a great experience that I would highly recommend.
